Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of the activities on offer for the child/ren that you wish to enrol. ‘With The Ball’ do not assess the abilities of individual participants or the suitability of the activities for use by individual participants. All participants, parents and carers must make their own assessment of whether the activity is suitable for use by individuals and individual participants ability to participate in the activities prior to the sessions.

The activities may be physically demanding and involves speed, some heights and possible unpredictable/uneven surfaces. Some activities may involve impact and full body exercise which requires focus, awareness of their body’s strength and limitations, awareness of the environment around them, and caution at all times.

We will not have access to any medication or care plans that your child has at school (asthma inhaler, EpiPen’s, written plans etc) and you need to provide this for their time at the club.

Where photo permission has been granted, we may take photos or videos which may be used as a coaching resource, on our website, newsletters, social media or future brochures. All files will be stored securely. Children will not be named.

We do not allow children to walk home alone unless explicit permission has been given in writing. This can be done via email, WhatsApp or the special requests box during the sign up procedure. Where such permission is given, we cannot take responsibility for your child once they are released from our duty of care.

Please be aware that a range of safeguarding issues can be created if you arrive late to collect your children at the end of a club session. We understand that these things do happen and will show reasonable leniency when we can. However, we reserve the right to charge a £25 compensation fee for each occurrence of a late collection.

We reserve the right to charge a £25 compensation fee each time that we have you chase a late payment.

With The Ball reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be unreasonably bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must refrain from bringing your child to sessions if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

If there are any sessions missed due to our own circumstances, we will offer a make-up session, credit or full refund.

With The Ball Sports Coaching and their colleagues are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session. Sports activities have risk of personal injury and you enter your child to participate entirely at your own risk. In the unlikely event of an accident, the company will not be liable for any indirect or direct loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities and you waive all and any claims against the company in that respect.

To access our 33% pupil premium discount, you must first supply us with proof of your child’s pupil premium status from their school. We will then issue you with a discount code which can be applied when making payment. Please note that your discount code will be specific to you so it is your responsibility to keep it safe / private. Where we see your discount code applied by another parent / carer, it will be your responsibility to reimburse us for any losses in addition to paying a £25 compensation fee. Likewise, you must let us know immediately if your child’s pupil premium status changes - it will again be your responsibility to reimburse us for any losses in addition to paying a £25 compensation fee.

Where you are using a subscription service, payments will taken on the 1st of each month. Costs are calculated for the whole year and spread across 12 months. A 1 month notice period is required for any cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your chosen account and that the details we hold are up to date. In the event of a failed payment, we will get in contact to communicate the issue and attempt to take the payment again on the 4th and then 9th of the month. After this time, if payment is still unsuccessful, you will be charged the late payment amount, a late fee of £25 and may be withdrawn from the service.

We do not have a deadline for sign ups and will continue to offer spaces and trial sessions for any of our subscription sessions where spaces allow. When a child is signed up mid month any remaining sessions within the month will be included in the following month's payment. For example: Your child has been signed up mid September with 2 remaining sessions for the month, the 2 outstanding sessions will be included in the following monthly payment on 1st October.

We consider legitimate interest within our communications policy. Therefore, if you have previously signed up to one of our sessions you may receive communications via text or email about other initiatives that we have running, which we feel may be beneficial to you / your child. We will never allow this to have a detrimental impact on your personal interests. If you do not want to receive such communications, please communicate this with us.
